Create a peaceful sanctuary dedicated to focus and relaxation with Path Nest. Initially designed to make use of surplus wooden shipping crates by Dutch architect and designer Gerrit Rietveld in 1934, the Crate Collection has been relaunched in a Rietveld Originals x HAY collaboration. Made with respect for the original design, the Crate Dining Chair shares the same precisely balanced proportions and transparent construction to minimise production costs and optimise the assembly process. Featuring a gently sloping back and supportive armrests, the chair’s simplicity and spatial design mirrors the designer’s architectural style – providing functionality and comfort without absorbing space. 

Factor Linear Suspension is an innovative lamp concept created by Swiss designer Dimitri Bähler. Featuring a tubular design with a rotatable core element that can be positioned to provide 360 degrees of infinite movement, it enables users to create a personalised lit environment with either direct or indirect light. Constructed with easy-to-assemble components, it offers a simple plug-and-play lighting solution that requires no tools for assembly and adjustment. Made from extruded aluminium, the lamp features a dimmable integrated LED light source and is available in different colour options, in both wet sprayed and anodised finishes.

Arcs Shades are part of a series of arched designs created for HAY by Belgian duo Muller Van Severen. Formed from a continuous chain of curved arches that form a single element, the Arcs Shade creates a spatial volume that plays with light and shape. The shade can be used as a table lamp or pendant lamp suspended from the ceiling, both options forming contrasts in depth, colour and shape, resulting in an elegant scalloped silhouette. Crafted in steel, Arcs is available in several different colours or with a mirror surface. 

The Matin Floor Lamp offers a contemporary yet poetic design, with a construction that combines visual delicacy with physical robustness. The flat-packed design consists of a slender polished brass steel frame complemented with matte black hardware and zinc alloy joints at the base, which is paired with a pleated cotton shade in a variety of carefully selected colours. The light source is an integrated LED, offering a diffused light which is accompanied by a digital in-line dimmer floor switch to adjust the output of light if required.

Named Fifty-Fifty after the lamp's counterweight system that creates equilibrium between the two parts, it is clear to see how Sam Weller's references to physics and engineering influence the design. Based on the idea of stripping a multi-purpose task light to its fundamental elements, Fifty-Fifty balances refined, pared-back aesthetics with optimal functionality. This largest and latest addition to the Fifty-Fifty family, the wall-mounted lamp uses most of the same components as the rest of the family, with configurable aluminium components and robust steel wall brackets and counter weight.
