German designer Theresa Rand was experimenting with ways of combining a table and storage when she stumbled upon the idea of a lid that opens by rotating it around one of the legs. The result is elegant, unpretentious and utterly addictive (show it to guests and they will be opening and shutting Turning Table for hours).

Anchored by a warm travertine base and paired with a softly diffused sand-coloured shade, each lamp creates a gentle, ambient glow that feels both refined and reassuring. Whether in the taller H49 model, which introduces vertical rhythm and quiet drama to shelves or sideboards, or the more compact H30, designed to sit easily on consoles, window ledges, or smaller surfaces, the series reflects a thoughtful interplay of material and form. Subtle details – from its muted tonal palette to the sand-hued cord and minimalist switch – complete a design language steeped in memory, yet perfectly attuned to contemporary living.

The compact silhouette brings a gentle luminosity to shelves, bedside tables and windowsills alike. With a discreet switch and matching cord, the lamp is lighting pared back to its most considered form.
