Beyond its function as a lamp, Dipping Light seeks to excite. When turned on, it is fascinating: its different shades of paint filter the light, creating a magical effect in the environment. When turned off, it transforms into a colored glass sphere, an object with a great aesthetic charge.

Dipping Light was born as an experiment - dipping a lit light bulb into paint several times - but it becomes a lamp. Thus, the various layers of paint draw concentric circles and trap the light, attenuating its intensity. The paint becomes a screen, coloring the light and giving it texture. A brass or graphite base is added as support. This artisanal process makes each lamp unique and exclusive.

The AJ Oxford table lamp has an elegant graphic expression that captures the architecture of St Catherine's College, Oxford, for which it was originally designed. St Catherine's College, opened in 1963, was designed by Arne Jacobsen in a modernist architectural style that contrasts with the classical architecture of Oxford University.

Designer and architect Verner Panton (1926-1998) created the Panthella lamp in 1971 in collaboration with Louis Poulsen. Panton's figurative and playful design is a reflection of his exuberant personality. These leaves, detailed like classical sculptures, have a formal balance with their vase and are an elegant alternative in the panorama of table lamps. The relationship between light and plants has always fascinated me through the wonder of photosynthesis, in the same way the plant subject and lighting has created a very intriguing combination in my imagination.
