Named after the designer’s artist mother, Ingeborg Winding, the Ingeborg Lounge Chair from 1940 welcomes the sitter with open arms and an irresistibly charming expression. The lounge design features elegant sculptural armrests and an angled frame for comfort. Despite the chair’s petite stature, Ingeborg makes a strong statement in any room. Beautiful from every angle, it fits effortlessly into a given space without taking up too much room. Originally designed with sheepskin upholstery, Ingeborg is today reworked from original archival drawings and available in a range of upholstery fabrics and with natural or dark-oiled oak heartwood legs. The chair pairs beautifully with the corresponding sofa.

Designed by Flemming Lassen in 1938, My Own Chair is an original and eye-catching piece of mid-century Danish modern design. Upon launch it received much praise for its sculptural form with distinctive wings, yet its complex two-part silhouette made it unsuitable for mass production until the advent of modern techniques. Its lumbar supportive, rounded, angled seat and extended backrest cocoon the sitter in comfort. Wooden legs and expert upholstery complete the design. A corresponding footrest adds to the sense of ease. Said to be Lassen’s favourite chair, it stood at the designer’s home until his death in 1984.

The My Own Chair Ottoman has been designed in the same spirit as Flemming Lassen’s original iconic chair, reflecting his love of rounded shapes, simple forms and precise detailing, to enable the full relaxation effect.

Originally designed for one of Norway’s most monumental buildings, the Oslo Stock Exchange, Merkur is a modern take on the archetypal dining chair. Using traditional woodworking techniques to create its timeless form, the solid wood design is available with or without armrests and can be partially upholstered in a range of beautiful fabrics and leather to add further comfort.

The Tired Man also known as "Den trætte mand" was launched at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Exhibition in 1936 and has since become an icon of Danish design. The epitome of craftsmanship and comfort, the characteristically curved armchair was designed by Flemming Lassen to feel “as warm and snug as a polar bear cub in the arms of its mother.” Relaunched in 2015, the award-winning design is offered in plush upholstery, including sheepskin in a nod to the original, and with natural or dark-oiled oak heartwood legs and front brass casters for easy movement. A corresponding footstool ensures further comfort. The Tired Man Lounge Chair is upholstered in Oeko-Tex® certified sheepskin from Skandilock*.

The Knitting Chair by Ib Kofod-Larsen, first launched as a limited edition in 1951, makes a triumphant return to the world of modern Danish design under Audo’s concept of “Modernism Reimagined”. This is the brand’s first foray into classic furniture. The chair’s sense of proportion and unparalleled quality makes it a natural choice to bring into contemporary interiors. Well-proportioned and well designed, the Elizabeth Lounge Chair profiles a majestic elegance that underpins its royal name. Originally called the Model U56, it was later dubbed Elizabeth Chair after Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip purchased two of them during an official visit to Denmark in 1958. Originally dubbed Model 9, the Oda Chair was an ambitious design from the very beginning. Created by Arnold Madsen in around 1956, the aesthetic reinterpretation of an armchair has a complex horseshoe construction with an integrated headrest and beautifully incorporated armrests in wood. Offering comfortable support, the embracing design was initially – and mistakenly – attributed to Nanna Ditzel. In 2020 it was rightfully credited to Madsen. Constructed according to a vintage version as there are no drawings of the original design, the Oda Chair profiles a sublime level of craftsmanship, evident in the intricacy of its upholstery. Available with legs in natural oak or walnut.
