The original design of Poul Henningsen's PH 3/3 Suspended is based on its well-known three-shade system (the PH system), which dates back to 1926 and has been carefully calculated to provide soft, anti-glare light. Inspired by Poul Henningsen's fascination with light and color, the PH 3/3 Pale Rose Suspended Lamp features pale pink blown glass shades sandblasted at the bottom to provide optimal light. This is combined with brushed brass elements, such as the intake housing and bell, which will develop a nice patina over time or maintain their original appearance if polished.
