The VL 45 Radiohus Suspendida was originally designed by the Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen for his complete artwork at the Danish Broadcasting House, also known as the Radiohuset.
The original 1940s design features a brass suspension and a three-layered bleached glass screen bleached in milky white, a classic and elegant combination that was reintroduced by Louis Poulsen in 2016.
The VL 45 Pale Rose Suspendida is a version of this iconic design and features a four-layer bleached rose-colored glass combined with a bleached brass suspension: a single-layer bleached glass screen generates a uniform, uniform lighting direction towards the bottom of the glass panel.
