The collaboration between Louis Poulsen and BIG Ideas began with the development of a suspension lamp for the Tirpitz Museum in Blåvand, a building that BIG had designed for the Varde Museums. The Tirpitz Museum opened its doors in 2017 and the galvanized and boldly directed finish of this suspension lamp captures the museum's architecture, at the fine and robust time, which merges with the dunes landscape of its location in western Jutland. The collaboration of the islands, artistic and technical, between Louis Poulsen and BIG Ideas also provides a distinctive and distinctive personality, as the subsequent development of the Kegpitz suspension lamp, which reflects the smoothness of the interior of any lamp.
