VL38 floor lamp is based on the original design of the VL38 table lamp. The VL38 table lamp was originally designed in the late 1930s by Vilhelm Lauritzen in partnership with Louis Poulsen for the construction of the Radiohuset building (the Danish broadcasting house) in Copenhagen (today the Royal Danish Academy of Music). The Italian-Danish designer duo GamFratesi designed Yuh for Louis Poulsen in 2017. Initially introduced in black and white, the family was expanded with new additions through editions of brass and marble. One of the essential features of the lamp is its personality. The light is flexible and takes up little space. It can be rotated, up or down, illuminating and creating an environment in the desired space.
